Grimm Returns on Screen
The beloved supernatural drama Grimm is officially making a comeback—this time as a streaming movie on Peacock. Originally airing from 2011 to 2017, Grimm gained a loyal following for its unique mix of fantasy, horror, and crime.
Now, fans can rejoice as original showrunners David Greenwalt and Jim Kouf reunite to bring the world of Wesen back to life, alongside executive producers Sean Hayes and Todd Milliner. The script is being written by Drop Dead Diva creator Josh Berman.
While casting and plot details are still under wraps, the original series followed Detective Nick Burkhardt (played by David Giuntoli), a modern-day Grimm tasked with protecting humanity from ancient mythological creatures known as Wesen.
Although NBC previously attempted a spinoff in 2018, it never took off. This new Grimm movie marks the franchise's most promising return yet—and fans are eagerly awaiting more updates.
